i haven’t watched Heroes or Sarah Connor ’s new episodes and i don’t think i will. i wanted to watch Dollhouse and haven’t done that either. my DVR is so clogged with unwatched shows it’s criminal.
all i care about right now, honestly truely, is Battlestar Galactica (and Bones, but no new episodes for a few weeks, i think)
last week, on Battlestar Galactica when Boomer FTL jumped away with Hera, damaging Galactica in the process… actual tears came to my eyes. i may have screeched “No!” at the tv. more than once in that episode. I told chief not to trust Boomer, but no, he didn’t listen to me. now look what happened.
and it looks like Roselin is in bad shape, like dying dying this time.
and i knew that Starbuck was imagineing that piano guy, and i figured it was her dad. i did not expect her to play All Along the Watchtower. they damn well better explain where that song came from. was it a colonial song, earth song or what?
there’s only a few more episodes left. i will probably be bawling by the end of it.
and still the eclipse rages on. the Haitian guy has no powers. this is nonsense. he had powers before the eclipse in season 1. did his powers go away during that eclipse? i doubt it. i think he’d have noticed. as would everyone else who had powers before the eclipse.
Claire, at the hospital is possibly dying because not only has she been shot, but she has no antibodies to fight infection.
meanwhile, Sylar and Elle are all romantic together. ugh. mushy stuff.
Elle sees the the laser dot on sylar, and gets him out of the way before Bennett shoots. they run. Bennett pursues.
he’s out for revenge for what happened to Claire way back when Sylar took her power.
ha. the petrellis are locked in in some kind of Haitian dungeon. nathan is speaking french and making friends with the natives, also in captivity.
mohindir is still in the lab researching eclipses. i hope he’s going to find out why this eclipse is lasting for hours. mr. petrelli wants answers as to why their powers are gone. i guess we’re supposed to believe whole eclipse thing really is a phenomenon and it’s special because everyone has lost their powers.
mrs bennet calls mr bennett to find out where the hell he is while claire’s dying in the hospital.
looks like mr bennett is once again on the trail of Elle and sylar, so he’s not going to the hospital for claire.
Daphne is cerebral palsy and only became super fast after the last eclipse. without her powers, she’s on crutches. (more…)

why the hell are they pretending in the promos that the eclipse gave them their powers? in the original season at least some of them had their powers before the eclipse.
i hate shows that rewrite their histories when it suits them.
i’m actually liking the new Sylar and Elle is becoming less annoying.
dr. surish is getting less interesting and more irritating.

there’s a commercial with Ozzy Ozbourne. no one can understand his mumbling British speak so he text messages every one - the guy behind the coffee counter, the taxi driver, his therapist - actually, an amusing commercial. followed by a preview for The Day the Earth Stood Still with Keanu. I like a good disaster film/alien flick. time to fast forward this nonsense.

I’m damn sure it was implied that these people, some of them anyway, had their abilities before the eclipse.
